Music Production & Sound Design

Exploring the creative side of audio while applying psychoacoustic principles to composition and sonic storytelling

Music production and sound design serve as both my creative outlet and my laboratory for psychoacoustic experimentation. Every track I create is an opportunity to explore how perception shapes emotional impact, how spatial audio creates immersion, and how different processing techniques affect the listening experience.

My Approach

I bridge the gap between artistic expression and scientific understanding. Each composition is both a musical work and an exploration of how sound affects listeners on a perceptual and emotional level.

01

Concept & Research

Exploring psychoacoustic phenomena or emotional effects I want to create

02

Sound Design

Crafting unique textures using synthesis, sampling, and perceptual processing

03

Composition

Building arrangements that leverage spatial hearing and perceptual principles

04

Mix & Master

Applying perception-based techniques for clarity and emotional impact

🎧 Psychoacoustic Experimentation in Music

My tracks often incorporate specific psychoacoustic techniques: binaural panning for spatial depth, equal-loudness curve considerations for frequency balance, temporal masking for rhythmic impact, and harmonic series manipulation for perceived warmth or brightness. Each production is a chance to test theories and push creative boundaries.

Current Releases

🎵 Unbreakable Echo

Electronic soundscape exploring sustained tones, reverberation decay, and the perception of space through layered synthesis.

🎵 Born to Rise

Energetic composition investigating upward melodic motion and its psychological associations with hope and forward momentum.

🎵 Echoes of Tomorrow

Ambient exploration of temporal perception through delayed and modulated repetitions, creating a sense of temporal displacement.

Areas of Exploration

The Creative-Technical Bridge

This work informs my plugin development and vice versa. When I encounter a creative challenge in music production, it often sparks ideas for new tools or features. When I implement a new psychoacoustic algorithm in code, I immediately test it in my own compositions to understand how it performs musically.

This feedback loop between creation and development ensures that the tools I build aren't just technically sound—they're musically relevant and creatively inspiring.
